One day
workshop on Developing Mentoring Relationships in
Organizations
Many organizations
have introduced the concept of mentoring in their
organizations. However, when one analyzes the way it works, it
is clear that the concept is not fully understood. We can't
have 25 year olds mentoring 22 year old trainees. When that is done,
it is a mockery of the concept.

- This program is
designed for key people in organizations and in
all departments responsible for mentoring. It will
also be useful for mentees and what to expect from
their mentors. It is suggested that both mentors
and their mentees attend the program
jointly.

It provides
a clear idea as to how to prepare for mentoring,
conduct mentoring sessions and develop
mentoring/mentee relationships. It provides reflection
possibilities for people already involved in the
process. It stimulates development as a mentor and as
a mentee.
