We are reproducing below the feedback from participants on the above subject and the same is self explanatory. Unlike many, we have a clean slate approach to feedback from participants. We do not ask any questions or have any pre-printed forms which are leading. We leave it to participants to write their own impressions about the program.

Our Feedback to Sponsors/Participants:

The involvement of all participants was excellent and fairly interactive. It could have been more interactive. In external programs, we get participants from different industries, different experience and backgrounds. The main objective for us in such external programs is to complete the course content along with various exercises, as applicable, pertaining to the subject. Interaction level will increase when participants ask doubts and questions. This means the participants will have to do their home-work before attending such programs, to gain maximum advantage from our experience. Role plays are also done when the subject demands it. Role plays are effective when they are organization specific and done in-house, as we can take up issues pertaining to organizations. Most importantly, role plays take a lot of time and that is not possible within the time available. It reduces the time required for completing the workshop. We can do anything the participants want but the sponsors must be willing to pay for our extended time. This feedback may please be passed on to individual participants. The COPs are being sent shortly.

* Important Note for Clients/Readers/Participants:

We have been following a very consistent policy on course material right from the beginning. We do not give any handouts or course material in any of our external programs and this is clearly stipulated in all our communications. We give the workshop material against payment of license fee to clients, when the program is done in-house only
