This trimester although the content/course-ware was vast and the time frame being limited you managed to pull through. As per my observation your way of sharing knowledge was pretty much through interactions and sharing personnel experiences, which was great since you kept everyone engaged moreover, you did justice to your job my completing on
time. As usual you had included lots of example to give us a complete understanding of the subject, on the whole I am extremely satisfied and honored to be one of your student.

First
of all hats off to you for being active and punctual
in the class. For me punctuality is an aspiration.
First I should learn this good quality from you rather
than the subject.
I found the lecture material given by you is more
helpful.
I was quite comfortable with your pace.
The aims and objectives of the course were
successfully achieved by your live examples (within
the time span)
I was happy with the overall structure of the course.
I gained a great deal of knowledge from this course.
There was a good balance between activities
(discussion, class, assignment & debate)
Overall I'm very much satisfied in your flow of
language and concepts.

I enjoyed the sessions of Cross
cultural marketing. The discussions which we had at last
class was quite interesting to listen the thoughts of each
and ever one about their view on Globalization. The way in
which you summarized the entire discussions was also
useful to know the pulp of the topic .

| The
best think about your training is the effort you take
in preparing for presentation. Cross cultural issues
by analyzing global cases is great. Discussion about
current cross cultural issues kept us updated. The
effort you took for discussion on globalization made
me look globalization in a different perspective. |

I was
awaiting for this subject to commence as I faced
practical difficulties when I was working with respect
to cross cultural marketing.
I had some expectations to this subject and I am happy
to say that you have exceeded my expectations.
All the practical experience that you shared will
surely be very valuable for me.
Taking a Scenario and relating it with various
cultures at the same time was one of the very unique
feature that you provided to us.
All your Practical examples with respect to U.S., U.K.
and African nations market was great.
As I was working with U.S. clients in my previous job
I was able to relate whatever you shared with me with
respect to U.S. culture.
Gained knowledge on how to approach different cultural
people from your practical experience.
Overall at the end of the Course I have learned what I
wanted to and will explore more on the subject in my
future assignments. |

about organizations having cross cultural teams
- Course content and teaching was amazing as usual
- Gained extensive information on globalization and your
support made me to come out with an article on financial liberalization

- Professional and practical
approach
- Punctuality
- Quoting current examples
- Comprehensive notes
- Great exposure to global
markets
Negatives: Not much
- Style of delivery could be
improved
- Sessions could be more
interactive, giving opportunities to people to
share their own experiences in their industries
- I'm not really sure but
sometimes, in some cases/situations your personal
experiences could be avoided

| Who
took the Cross Cultural Marketing class was that made
all the difference. With your experience having lived
outside the country made us see things from a
different perspective. As for the syllabus, no
complaints. |

I always love to attend
your sessions, the reason for this is that you
make the subject very interesting by relating it
to the live examples. I have learnt a lot from
your class. The classes of cross cultural
marketing were very interesting.
I got to know a lot of
things relating to the subject which I would have
otherwise not known.
you have got a very good power to attract people
to your class by giving lively examples. You also
helped me to understand the subject well by making
it simple.
I would request you to keep
the same spirit for any class that you take.

Thank you all for your feedback.
Executive MBA students must realize that the classes
are not held in a corporate environment. These
sessions are not MDPs. Corporate videos are expensive
and who will bear the costs? It is a typical class
room environment and time constraint is very high to
complete the course. The time allotted to
complete the course is 20 hours. The sessions are made
interactive in the class rooms to the extent possible
and we had a presentation by all on the Globalization
debate. Lastly, people must understand that this was
the first such program and further improvements are
always possible. It is not possible to satisfy
everybody. When you try to do that, you end up
satisfying nobody. I take this opportunity to wish the best of luck to everybody.
